Programme Support Officer (Employer Engagement)
We are looking for an outgoing, organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Employer Engagement team and support the delivery of over 4000 work placements each academic year.
You will be responsible for researching and engaging employers from a range of sectors over the telephone and face-to-face, to offer work experience placements and take part in Inspire!’s wider work.
Working closely with your colleagues, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our work experience programmes.
You will also assist the team in carrying out pre-placement visits to new employers and delivering engaging presentations to groups of students, offering support and guidance to ensure both parties can get the most out of the experience.
About you:
- Qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent) and ideally with previous experience in sales or administration, you are eager to engage employers to offer work experience for young people.
- A natural collaborator with confident communication skills, you enjoy interacting with a range of people over the telephone and in person, and you’re able to build positive relationships with everyone you work with.
- With excellent organisational and administration skills, you are confident in managing high volume work to multiple deadlines.
Salary: £20,300 per annum
Contract Type: Full time, permanent.
You also have a keen eye for detail, enabling you to maintain efficiency and accuracy even during the busiest times.
