Senior Programme Officer

Inspire and 15billionebp `supports young people to create a positive future for themselves. Our Delivery Team facilitates a wide range of work-related programmes in schools across Hackney, Newham and neighbouring boroughs, to equip young people with essential skills and the confidence they need to enter the world of work.

The Senior Programme Officer is a key role within the Delivery Team. The post holder will support the team to co-ordinate and deliver programmes to a high standard across schools, enabling children and young people to learn about the world of work and the opportunities available to them.

Whether you’re arranging work placements and employer visits, or running social action projects and careers networking sessions; you will proactively recruit a range of employers to meet the needs of our programmes and ensure high standards of delivery at all times.

Adapting our delivery for students with a range of additional needs at times, you will support and guide employers to tailor our programmes effectively.

You will also deliver engaging briefing sessions and gather feedback from students and employers alike, working with both parties to ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes from start to finish.
