We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to manage and ensure the high-quality delivery of Inspire! primary programmes activities and services. The post holder will ensure assigned primary programmes meet the needs of schools, children and young people to achieve agreed delivery targets, standards and health and safety requirements.
The Programme Manager will need to both initiate and develop new ideas and respond quickly, effectively and creatively to new opportunities. They will also need to ensure all assigned programmes are monitored and evaluated as required by funding bodies and schools, and to inform their further development and potential expansion, where appropriate.
This will broadly involve
- Liaising and consulting with primary schools to understand their needs and priorities and plan appropriate programmes and activities.
- Regularly reviewing the relevance and quality of assigned primary programmes and project activities.
- Ensuring all businesses and volunteers are recruited for in-school activities and workplace visits, in accordance with the lesson plans and delivery schedules for assigned primary programmes.
- Ensuring all required monitoring information and associated evidence is collected in a timely and accurate manner and provided to other colleagues, schools, funders and/or external partners as per agreed schedules.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37 Hours per week
