Programme Delivery Officer (flexible/bank staff)

£15 per hour

About the role

Our Delivery Team facilitates a wide range of work-related programmes in schools across Hackney and neighbouring boroughs, to equip young people with essential skills and the confidence they need to enter the world of work.

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to work on a flexible, freelance basis, supporting our delivery team during busy periods.

This will broadly involve:

  • Delivering work-related learning programmes for groups of young people, including leading workshops and workplace visits.
  • Recruiting and training a diverse range of business volunteers to work with young people and host work experience placements.
  • Reviewing and creating programme materials and resources.

About you

You’ll have previous experience working with young people, ideally in an education or community setting, and you’re confident in delivering engaging workshops.

A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, you enjoy working with a range of people and you’re able to quickly build positive working relationships.

You’re also highly organised and willing to get stuck into a variety of activities, taking an adaptable approach to your work.

This is a great opportunity for an outgoing and resourceful individual to help an innovative education charity during its busy periods.
