Front of House Administrator

Inspire! works with thousands of young people each year in Hackney and beyond, helping them to develop the skills they need to succeed in the world of work. Our lively and fast-paced alternative provision school provides education for 13-16 year olds from Hackney.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and highly organised Front of House Administrator to help manage the day-to-day running of our busy office and school reception.

As Front of House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the school, parents, staff and students, representing our organisation in a professional and friendly manner.

As part of the wider office team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including answering telephone calls and managing the organisation’s email inbox, as well as setting up meetings and liaising with suppliers.

Working closely with your colleagues, you will also oversee the coordination of our office space and ensure the safety and security of our building.

About you:

  • With previous administrative experience, ideally on reception, you will have excellent organisational and customer service skills.
  • A great communicator and passionate about supporting young people, you enjoy working as part of a team in a busy office environment.
  • With strong IT, literacy and numeracy skills, as well as an eye for detail, you will be able to work efficiently and accurately even during the busiest times.
  • This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to work in a growing charity and support young people in achieving their potential.

Salary: £20,572.50 per annum
Contract Type: Full time, permanent.
