Board of Trustees
Inspire! is governed by a board of directors who also serve as the organisation’s trustees. During the year the Board met four times and approve key strategic and budgeting decisions as well as the development of new staff posts, significant new programme activity and key policies and procedures. The Board receives the latest management accounts prior to its meetings.
